From the morbid wastelands of North Finland are the trio of Ted’s that make the grinding death trio, Napalm Ted, who now return with their newest EP “Pestilential Pursuit”

Mastered by legendary Dan Swanö and with lyrics provided by the unofficial fourth member Brain Ted, the EP is made up of five tracks, heavy epics with two extreme vocal styles which come in at a grand total of just under 13 minutes

No nonsense opening and personal highlight, ‘Skeletal Lake’ kicks off proceedings with a great opening riff that leads into the maniacal dual vocals. Shades of Slayer’s “No Remorse” is “Purgatorium”

The EP continues at a furious pace into “White Riot” and the short, piercing track “The Rot”, concluding with “Flesh Prison.” The horror thematic that runs through are particularly gritty.

As jagged as a chainsaw blade.
